Payment Policy: The Miner Island Accepts Cryptocurrency Only

The Miner Island is a fully crypto-native business. We do not accept bank wire transfers, credit cards, PayPal, or any fiat payment method. All orders on theminerisland.com are settled exclusively in cryptocurrency. Read this page in full before placing your order.

1. Accepted cryptocurrencies

All payments are processed on-chain through Plisio. An order is considered paid only after the required blockchain confirmations are received.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bitcoin (BTC): pay in BTC and save 3% on your entire order, applied automatically at checkout
• Ethereum (ETH)
• Tether (USDT): TRC20 and ERC20 networks
• USDC, Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Kaspa (KAS) and other major digital assets selectable at checkout

We do not accept and will never request payment via bank wire, credit card, PayPal, Wise, cash, or any other fiat method. If anyone claiming to represent The Miner Island asks you to pay via fiat, it is not us.

2. Bitcoin discount, save 3%

Pay with Bitcoin and save 3% on your entire order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when BTC is selected as the payment method. No coupon code required. No minimum order value.

3. Payment finality, no refunds

All cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. The Miner Island does not issue refunds once a payment is confirmed.

By completing a payment you acknowledge and accept that:

• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, recalled, or charged back under any circumstances
• We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses
• We are not responsible for transaction errors caused by the buyer
• Mining profitability, market price movements, network difficulty changes, and power cost changes are not grounds for a refund
• Change of mind after payment is not grounds for a refund

The only circumstance in which a payment is returned is if The Miner Island cancels an order before fulfillment due to stock unavailability. In that case, the full payment amount is returned in the same cryptocurrency received.

If your unit arrives damaged or defective, you are covered under our 60-Day Replacement Warranty. A replacement unit will be dispatched, not a cash refund.

4. Payment confirmation and order processing

Every payment must reach the required number of blockchain confirmations before it is considered final. Orders begin processing only after payment verification is complete. Confirmation times vary by network and blockchain congestion.

You are responsible for:

• Sending payment to the correct wallet address shown at checkout
• Sending the correct amount in the correct cryptocurrency
• Ensuring your transaction is broadcast to the network promptly

We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or in the wrong amount. Always double-check the wallet address before confirming your transaction.

5. Price lock at payment

Hardware prices may change with market conditions, manufacturer supply, and mining economics. The price of your order is locked at the amount confirmed at the time of payment. Once payment is received and confirmed on the blockchain, your price cannot be changed.

6. Staged 50/50 payment (50+ unit orders)

For qualifying orders of 50 or more units, a staged 50/50 payment structure is available:

• 50% deposit confirms and reserves your hardware in our Hong Kong warehouse
• 50% balance is due before dispatch

Staged payment eligibility is at our discretion based on order size, model, and buyer history. Contact us on WhatsApp or email before placing a bulk order to confirm eligibility and arrange the payment structure in writing.

If the balance is not paid after shipment is ready, the order will be held in our warehouse until the payment obligation is fulfilled. Held inventory is subject to a storage timeline agreed at the time of order.

7. On-chain escrow (100+ unit orders)

For qualifying orders of 100 or more units, on-chain escrow arrangements are available through supported platforms. Escrow conditions are agreed in writing before payment is made. This is a structured option for institutional buyers who require a third-party intermediary for large transactions.

To arrange escrow, contact us before placing your order. Escrow arrangements cannot be applied retroactively after payment has been sent.

8. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification on any order to protect both buyer and seller. Orders flagged for review may be delayed while we verify. We will contact you via your registered email or WhatsApp if additional verification is required.
