The bulk procurement process

Step 1: Inquiry and requirements assessment

Start by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with the following:

• The model or models you want to procure
• Quantity required
• Target delivery region and timeline
• Hosting requirements if applicable

Our team confirms availability and the applicable pricing structure for your order size within one business day.

Step 2: Formal quotation and invoice

Once availability is confirmed, we issue a written quote covering:

• Model specifications and confirmed quantity
• Unit pricing and total order value
• Payment structure (full payment or 50/50 staged)
• Accepted cryptocurrency payment methods
• Estimated dispatch timeline
• DDP shipping details and destination

All pricing is locked in writing before any payment is requested.

Step 3: Payment and order confirmation

All payments are in cryptocurrency only. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and other major digital assets. Pay in BTC and save 3% on your total order.

For orders of 50 or more units, a 50/50 staged payment structure is available:

• 50% deposit to lock inventory and initiate the order
• 50% balance due before dispatch

For orders of 100 or more units, on-chain escrow is available on qualifying transactions. This must be agreed and arranged before payment is made. Contact us to discuss.

Step 4: Inventory verification (100+ unit orders)

For orders of 100 or more units, timestamped video inventory verification is conducted after the 50% deposit is received and confirmed. Verification includes:

• Timestamped video documentation of the physical units in our Hong Kong warehouse
• Full serial number visibility on every unit shown
• Model and quantity confirmation

Verification is conducted after deposit, not before, because inventory is allocated to your order at that point. We do not hold stock speculatively against unconfirmed inquiries.

Step 5: Dispatch and tracking

After full payment is confirmed:

• Units are prepared and dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse within the agreed timeline
• Tracking information is provided for every shipment
• Export documentation is issued where applicable
• Delivery coordination is supported through to final delivery
