All sales are final. The Miner Island does not issue refunds once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain. This applies to all orders without exception, including change of mind, mining profitability concerns, market price movements, and shipping delays.

DOA units are covered under our 60-day replacement warranty. You must report the issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photo or video evidence. A replacement unit will be dispatched, not a refund. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for the full claims process.

Our 60-day written replacement warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults that cause the unit to fail or perform significantly below its specified output under normal operating conditions. It covers both new and refurbished units from the date of confirmed delivery. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, electrical surges, unauthorized modification, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.
